Shipping Information

We ship worldwide free and aim to cover as many import and customs fees as possible however we cannot guarantee to cover every counties import and customs tax laws, thus some international shipments will require import and customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Homeware Sale will not be held responsible for import and customs taxes.

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, up to 3 working days.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from our manufactures. Please allow an estimated 7-20 working days (+3 working days handling) to receive your order. Most items arrive well within this time, however due to shipping worldwide, some countries will take longer than others.

Please note that public holidays may cause delays, in some rare situations the order may still be in transit past the estimated time, please be patient and check your tracking information or contact us and we can assist.

We ship worldwide for free

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

If you have entered your address incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order hasn’t been processed we can change your address typically within 3 days, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address if your order has been processed.

Due to logistic reasons, not all items will be shipped in one package.

To offer you the lowest prices possible, we ship our products directly from our manufacturers. Our manufactures are located in the United Kingdom, China and the United States.

Payment Information

We accept payment from all credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

We use Strip for credit and debit cards and Paypal as our payment gateway, this offers the most secure and trustworthy form of payment.  Our store is also SSL approved for extra security.

Returns & Refunds

Only some items may be returned physically, please contact us if you are having any issues before returning an item.  Unauthorized returns may cause issues with refunding or replacements.

All product’s have a 14 day money back guarantee, which entitles the customer to a refund.

All items must be unused, unopened and complete with original packaging or plastic wrapping.

Some items may not be returnable, please see our section on “Exceptions and Non-refundable Items” under our Shipping and Returns page

Damaged, faulty or quality issues are covered by our 14 day defects policy which entitles the customer to a refund or free replacement.

Please contact us after the estimated 7-20 working days (+3 working days for handling) if your order has not arrived, the tracking number will confirm if there is a failure in delivery and in this case a full refund or replacement will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you.
